Collection Cartographer
A downloadable tool for Windows and macOS
Once upon a time there was a great need to organize a large collection of MtG cards into a limited number of binders. For years this need went unmet, until finally a Hero emerged determined to solve that problem.
It began on paper, with arithmetic and struggles, but quickly our Hero realized there was a better way. TechMagic.
So, the Hero embarked on the path of a TechWizard, and with the aid of the treacherous Machine Gods, at last success. A spell that could:
- Calculate how cards fit into binders of any size.
- Organize how those cards are fit into the binders with rules for how sets are placed and connected.
- Pull a bulk data
filespell from Scryfall to automatically populate lists with card sets. - Create custom lists if you wanted to work with non-MtG card sets or whatever weird custom grouping your twisted mind can think of.
- Bake the calculations into a convenient binder layout where you can see exactly how your sets should be placed.
- Keep track of which cards in a set you have collected or still need to buy off a scalper.
Finally, after completing his life's work the Hero could rest. And begin his foray into the dark arts of, [shiver] Unity Dev Tools.
